This space was designed for one-on-one private sessions, focused on mindful movement, rehabilitation, strength, and nervous system support.

Private Yoga Therapy 1 Hour Sessions - $100 + GST

The yoga tradition views the human as a multidimensional system that includes all aspects of body, breath, mind, intellect and emotions and their mutual intersection. Yoga therapy is the professional application of the principles and practices of yoga to promote health and well-being. Your session will be tailored to meet your needs, goals and interests. You will leave each session with resources to work on your practice at your own pace. If you suffer from persistent pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression, are recovering from injury or simply want to feel and move better, yoga therapy is a lovely way to honor your whole self through your journey.

Private Reformer Pilates 1 Hour Training Session - $75 + GST

Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates performed on a specialized machine called the reformer. Using springs, straps, and a sliding carriage, the reformer provides adjustable resistance to support, challenge, and lengthen the body. Private sessions offer fully personalized instruction, ensuring each exercise is tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. With one-on-one guidance, you’ll move with greater confidence and maximize results. Whether you’re new to Pilates, recovering from injury, or looking to enhance posture or core strength, private reformer training delivers safe and effective results. Expect to leave each session feeling taller, stronger and empowered from your core.

AWAKEN 2026: Yoga Nidra & Sankalpa Workshop 🧘
January 4 | 1pm - 4pm | $69 + Tax

As we cross the threshold into a new year, this workshop invites you to pause, reflect, and listen inward. Through gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and journaling, you’ll be guided to uncover your Dharma Sankalpa: your soul’s unique purpose and the energy you’re meant to embody and share with the world.

With your Dharma Sankalpa as the foundation, you’ll then craft your secondary Sankalpa: a supportive intention that nurtures and sustains your growth throughout the year ahead.

To complete the workshop you will be guided in the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). You’ll journey into stillness, where you will plant your Sankalpas in your mind, while in a highly receptive state. You'll come out of the practice nourished and refreshed and ready to move forward with intention.

Rest deeply. Remember who you are. Realign with your path.

Who and what is Evolve?

Hi, I am Tina Pringle. I am a passionate fitness coach and registered yoga teacher holding certifications provincially with BCRPA and internationally with Yoga Alliance (RYT 200). I have a small home studio and I also provide onsite fitness and yoga classes at conferences and to small groups. My goal is to teach safe and effective yoga & fitness classes that are accessible for all.

Have you ever wanted to try yoga but felt intimidated showing up to a class? I get it! I have been there too. Let me help you learn the basics of a practice one pose at a time. With my personal attention you will learn the proper technique for each pose so you can progress into a safe and effective practice. Let me guide you to a point where you feel confident to move forward into a class setting. On your own or with a friend or partner, I will guide you through foundational poses and breath work in the comfort of my private studio. One hour sessions available, evenings and weekends.
