We’re excited to welcome Lydia Dahlgren, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to Canopy ✨

Lydia takes a whole-person approach, focusing on how the body moves, adapts, and works as an integrated system. She combines cranial, visceral, muscle, and joint techniques to support movement, balance, and nervous system regulation.

Her journey from Sweden to Canada, and experience as a ski patroller, inspire her thoughtful, grounded approach to care. Lydia creates a personal, collaborative space where clients can release tension, restore ease, and move through life with more comfort and resilience.

We’re pleased to welcome osteopathy back to the clinic a gentle, hands-on approach to care that works with the body as an interconnected system.

Osteopathy focuses on how the body moves, adapts, and self-regulates. Through subtle manual techniques, it supports alignment, circulation, and nervous system balance helping to ease tension, improve mobility, and restore a sense of flow.

This work can be supportive for a wide range of concerns, from chronic pain and injury recovery to stress, digestion, and overall wellbeing.
