Bully Beware Bully Beware is an online resource dedicated to ending bullying and intimidation at school and in the work place.

Bullying is one of the most underrated and enduring problems in schools and workplaces today and is a reality in the lives of all children and adults, whether they are bullies, victims or witnesses. Teachers, students, support staff, co-workers, management, parents and administrators need to work as a team to take action against bullying. - 20% of teens (13-19) and 33% of young adults (20-26) have sent nude or semi-nude photographs of themselves electronically. Additionally, 39% of teens and 59% of young adults have sent sexually explicit text messages. (Cosmmogirl.com). - On February 25 pink shirts are seen accross the country in support of putting an end to bullying and intimidation. - Thousands of children, youth, and teens are kicked, punched and bullied every year for "Kick a Ginger Day" - Teens and suicide are more closely linked than adults might expect. In a survey of 15,000 grade 7 to 12 students in British Columbia, 34% knew of someone who had attempted or died by suicide; 16% had seriously considered suicide; 14% had made a suicide plan; 7% had made an attempt and 2% had required medical attention due to an attempt.(http://www.canadiancrc.com/Youth_Suicide_in_Canada.aspx)
