Fall is here! The leaves are turning, apple crisp is beckoning, and evenings are cooler. It's the perfect time for connecting with community and moving together. Join me on Monday nights starting on October 20 for our yoga session. I love summer, but I am excited to get back on the mat with you! Join me on Mondays at 7pm at 62 Broadway. $80 for 8 weeks/$64 for students. ($12 for drop-ins).

All levels welcome. This is space for finding joy in wobbling, challenging yourself with a light heart, and making space for rest.

Barre Fusion is still available online on Tuesday evenings (5:30pm Eastern and 7pm NL time) and Whatever-Strikes-Our-Fancy Yoga is online on Thursdays (5:30pm Eastern and 7pm NL time). Message me for more details.

Hey everyone!🌞 I hope you are having a wonderful Labour Day weekend. In case you are missing our fun times on the mat, I am bringing you a Labour Day weekend wibbily wobbly infinity balance. If you haven't been to my classes, we have lots of fun exploring movement, playing around with balance (sometimes falling, but always with laughter) and then finding peace and space to rest. I am looking forward to seeing everyone at 62 Broadway when we have settled into fall. Until then, you can always join my online barre and yoga classes.🍂
