Many people in Ontario, including residents in our community, rely on private drinking water sources such as wells, cisterns, or treated lake water. Regular testing helps ensure your drinking water is safe.

With free online access, you can get your results faster and more easily, so you can take action to protect your household if needed.

We encourage anyone who uses a private drinking water source to use Public Health Ontario’s Online Water Testing Portal.

You can submit your information electronically and receive your test results online within 2–4 business days.

Start submitting your information online now! www.publichealthontario.ca/WaterPortal.

May is Sexual Violence Awareness Month.

This month, we stand with survivors and continue important conversations about prevention, support, healing, and creating safer communities.

Sexual violence impacts individuals, families, and communities, yet many survivors remain unheard due to stigma, fear, shame, and barriers to disclosure. Awareness starts with listening, learning, challenging myths, and creating spaces where survivors feel believed and supported.

Small actions matter:
- Believe survivors.
- Challenge victim blaming.
- Learn about consent and healthy relationships.
- Share resources and education.
- Speak up and help create safer communities.

Healing is possible. Support matters. Survivors are not alone.

Sexual Assault Support Services provides trauma-informed support for women and women-identifying individuals (16+).
