We at Own The Ice Hockey have been involved in the Cornwall hockey community for many years and believe in giving our local elite hockey players as well as recreational players an opportunity to improve through various types of hockey training. We will be offering on ice specialty clinics, goal-tending schools as well as elite skill development ice session packages. Own the Ice will be running it
s off ice programs out of the Cornwall Sports Centre which is a 9000 sq ft. newly renovated sports training facility equipped with a synthetic ice rink, full gym, artificial turf track, video room/ players lounge and dressing rooms. We will also supply teams as well as individuals with an in house strength and conditioning coach as well as access to a qualified sports therapist. With our on ice clinics and programs, synthetic ice practice sessions, and off ice dryland aspect we have been able to offer all of the tools needed to excel as a hockey player under one umbrella.
