My daily morning routine:
-keeps my joints healthy and pain free
-keeps my bones strong
-keeps my muscles strong but also helps me preserve my muscle mass πͺ

-fuels my body with lots of protein first thing in the morning to keep me healthy, full and ready to attack the day
