Calling all postpartum Mamas!

You brought a tiny human into the world (superhero status unlocked), and now it’s time to focus on you! ✨

Join Registered Physiotherapist Audrey De Jong every Thursday at 10:00am for a fun, feel-good 45-minute workout designed just for postpartum Mums!

Rooted in Pilates-based training and designed to be low impact, our Pelvic Floor & Core Restore class is all about moving safely, regaining strength, and feeling amazing in your healing body — no workout experience needed! Audrey’s got your back with expert guidance and easy modifications to meet you where you're at. 🧘‍♀️

Exercises will be performed on a yoga mat using body weight, resistance bands and swiss balls. Of course, your baby is welcome and encouraged to join!

*Mom and Me: Pelvic Floor and Core is for all mamas who are 6 weeks to one year postpartum. Spots are limited. Click on the link below to secure your spot:

We’re excited to welcome the wonderful Rani Bharti to the Move Therapeutics team! 🥳

Rani brings over 20 years of physiotherapy experience, along with a strong academic foundation that includes a Physiotherapy degree from Queen’s University and a Biology degree from McMaster University. She has worked in a range of multidisciplinary clinics across Ontario, supporting clients with care that’s grounded in both skill and compassion.

Rani has also completed extensive postgraduate training in Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Myofascial Release, and many other tried & true techniques. Her commitment to ongoing learning means her clients benefit from thoughtful, well-rounded, and up-to-date care.

We’re thrilled to have her on board—please join us in welcoming Rani to Move Therapeutics! 🤗

As you may or may not know, our super awesome, super talented Physiotherapist & Group Class Host, Audrey De Jong, will be performing in an aerial show on January 11th at 3:00pm at the Aultsville Theatre!

Ticket funds raised go toward Beyond21, a fantastic non-profit here in Cornwall that provides day programming for adults with developmental disabilities.
