As some of you may know, our clinic waiting area features a small boutique where we stock a selection of baby items, trinkets for book lovers, candles, jewellery, and more. We’ve had so much fun shopping for these pieces, but now we’re ready for a refresh ✨

We’d love to revamp our boutique and showcase collections from local artists and makers. If you (or someone you know!) are interested in selling your items in our clinic, we’d love to hear from you!

You brought a tiny human into the world (superhero status unlocked), and now it’s time to focus on you! ✨

Join Registered Physiotherapist Audrey De Jong every Thursday at 10:00am for a fun, feel-good 45-minute workout designed just for postpartum Mums!

Rooted in Pilates-based training and designed to be low impact, our Pelvic Floor & Core Restore class is all about moving safely, regaining strength, and feeling amazing in your healing body — no workout experience needed! Audrey’s got your back with expert guidance and easy modifications to meet you where you're at. 🧘‍♀️

Exercises will be performed on a yoga mat using body weight, resistance bands and swiss balls. Of course, your baby is welcome and encouraged to join!
