I’m so grateful to have been part of the Youth Engagement Fair tonight at the Benson Centre!

It was wonderful connecting with youth, families and other community members and sharing more about Cornwall Counselling & Support Services. I always appreciate the chance to answer questions and talk about the importance of accessible mental health support for people in our community.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth and entered the gift basket draw. I loved meeting you all and look forward to calling a lucky winner tomorrow!

✨ Maternity Leave Announcement ✨

This feels so surreal 🤍
I’m really excited to share that I’ll be starting my maternity leave next week as we get ready to welcome our baby girl 💕

I want to sincerely thank my bosses and coworkers for all of the support throughout my pregnancy. Having an understanding, positive, and supportive workplace has made this season even more special, and I’m truly grateful for the people I get to work alongside every day.

To my clients, thank you for all the kindness, patience, and well wishes over the past months. Being able to continue providing care while growing a tiny human has been such a meaningful experience, and I’m so thankful for the trust you place in me.

As I step into this next chapter, I’m really looking forward to slowing down, soaking in these first moments, and embracing life as a mom 🤍 This time feels incredibly special, and I’m grateful to be able to fully be present for it.

I’m looking forward to returning later this year, reconnecting with my clients, and continuing to provide care to this community that I love so much. Thank you all for being part of this journey with me, it truly means more than I can say 🫶
