Great news! ✨ ADP Assessments Now Available ✨

Our registered physiotherapists Chantal Mageau-Pinard and Hilary Veenstra are licensed assessors for the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) through the Government of Ontario.

They can complete ADP assessments for walkers and wheelchairs, helping eligible clients access government funding for mobility equipment that supports safety and independence.

Everyone, kids included, love these in our house!
Give them a try for a healthy snack this week.

High protein Banana Chocolate chip muffins:

***You can use your blender and blend all ingredients together to make it extra easy!!***

-1 cup cottage cheese
-2 eggs
-1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
-1 banana
-1/4 cup melted coconut oil
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 1/2 cup oat flour
-1/2 tsp baking soda and baking powder
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Blend everything together and bake for 22 minutes at 350F!

Great for kids lunches :)
