We have worked hard to offer NEW advanced classes, to bring back Mommy + Me, and Prenatal Pilates, and to offer MORE weekend options.

Without the support of our amazing community we would not be able to increase our offerings.

An additional benefit of Aligned Movement Pilates is the camaraderie between participants. ✨

For example, four of the senior clients (“senior” as in 66 to 81 years) recently added hiking to their occasional after-Pilates lunches. 🦋

Hi, I’m Kimberley, a certified mat & reformer Pilates instructor and surgical nurse with a passion for helping people feel their best—inside and out. My background in healthcare has given me a deep appreciation for how movement can support both physical and mental well-being, and has shown me just how important it is to take care of ourselves. I’m excited to bring that mindset into every class I teach.

I specialize in dynamic, high-energy Pilates that blends strength, cardio, and that satisfying burn. Whether you’re here to build endurance, tone up, or just get a good sweat, my classes are designed to challenge you while making sure you leave feeling empowered and strong. I truly believe Pilates is one of the best forms of self-care!

Outside of the studio and hospital, you’ll usually find me out on a walk while listening to a motivating podcast, meditating, crocheting, soaking up the sun, playing with my 2 Abyssinian cats, or trying literally any new hobby that I can. Life’s too short not to try it all.

I can’t wait to move with you and help you discover just how strong you really are!

Summer Schedule Changes ✨

We HEARD your feedback & loved all the suggestions we received about early morning classes in the summer.

We are pleased to SHARE that we have added Cardio Core to Wednesday mornings at 6:15 am.

You can now get a sweaty, full core workout, before you start your work day.

✨ Cardio Core classes are a mixed level class, suitable for clients who have done a minimum of 3 Foundations classes.

Classes are available to BOOK NOW, don't wait. 🤍

Kerry Heming is a certified Pilates, Barre & Yoga Instructor. She has high energy and a bright spirit, which she infuses into all aspects of her work and life. From a young age, she led an active lifestyle - playing numerous sports, dancing competitively, and participating in as many outdoor activities as possible. In 2014, Kerry discovered the wonderful practices of Pilates and Barre and fell madly in love. She decided to go all-in and became both a Pilates & Barre fitness instructor and has never looked back!

And the fun didn’t stop there… Kerry loved to teach and wanted to continue soaking up all of the knowledge she could, so in 2017, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, followed by Reformer Pilates training in 2018, and even completed her Spin Instructor training in 2019.

Kerry's joyous personality especially shines through in her fun and uplifting classes. She loves challenging her students to go a little bit further than they think they can, encouraging them to take their practice to the next level. Kerry understands the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle and strives to help her students become the healthiest version of themselves through intentional movement, mindfulness and PLAY! You are guaranteed to feel the burn in Kerry’s classes… and may even experience a few shakes and quakes along the way. Her goal is to make your workouts an enjoyable, energizing and slightly addictive experience, so you keep coming back for more!

Hi! I’m Natalia :) I’m currently completing my Pilates instructor training through Balanced Body.

I fell in love with reformer Pilates just a year ago. I was looking for a gentler way to move my body after dealing with hip pain and stress, and it completely transformed me, both physically and mentally.

With 10 years of consistent strength training and 7 years as a personal trainer, I coach women to feel strong and empowered.

Pilates brought me a whole new feeling of connection, calm, and strength that I can’t wait to share. I’m so excited to be doing my teaching hours and growing in this new chapter!
