A gentle, supportive class designed to help you rebuild core strength, improve posture, and restore mobility after pregnancy.
Move at your own pace with safe, low-impact exercises that reconnect you to your body and boost your energy.
Babies welcome (non-mobile or in stroller/car seat).
No experience needed.
Our Spring Mommy + Me classes will be offered in two, 5-week sessions.
