"I've never been to a class like this before." I hear this a lot. This was true for me, too, when I first rolled into one of or 's classes. I've had the most incredible teachers and weave together practices that are pretty magical. I see folks float away after class and this fills me with joy 🥰. Come for an amazing feeling yoga class with Tanya.

Movement for Life on Tuesday and Friday: A dynamic whole body practice combining tensegrity, somatic and traditional yoga postures, this class invites strength, mobility, and balance. Super accessible, no fancy pretzel shapes or headstands here, just fun, functional, mindful movement. Regular practice will have you feeling primed for all your activities, whether athletic pursuits, gardening or picking up the kids or grandchildren.

Gentle Somatic yoga is offered on Thursday evening. A safe and gentle practice of slow, mindful movements that are dramatically effective at relieving pain caused by chronically tight muscles. Inspired by the work of Thomas Hanna and Moshe Felkendrais. Gentle Somatic Yoga is a sensory motor training methos that will help you resolve chronic muscle pain so you can move with joy and ease.

Small class sizes make it a wonderful experience in this old 1930's Manor.

Baby steps. Another perfect Friday morning. Teaching yoga at Bodyworx Physiotherapy Pilates & Health, the stairs at Goosespit, a stroll on the beach with my guy, followed by coffee and flakey deliciousness. In another lifetime I was up to 12 rounds of this staircase. I’m trying to add one a week. It’s the journey… appreciating where I’m at… the stunning beauty that surrounds me… This is why I practice yoga and mindful movement! I don’t want to miss a thing! Wanna move with me?
