CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Course:
Designed for: General public (parents, teachers, babysitters, etc.)
☆ Focus: Basic chest compressions and rescue breathing for adults, children, and infants.

BLS (Basic Life Support) Course:
Designed for: Healthcare providers (nurses, doctors, EMTs, etc.)
☆ Focus: More advanced CPR techniques and team-based response.

In short: CPR is for everyday heroes, while BLS is for medical professionals.

Did you know that hands-only CPR can double a person’s chance of survival during cardiac arrest? 🤲💖

If you see someone collapse and they’re not breathing and no pulse:
✅ Call 911 📞
✅ Push hard and fast in the center of the chest

Mouth-to-mouth is ideal to help oxygenate the brain, but if it’s a stranger, don’t hesitate—just keep those compressions going! Every second counts until help arrives!

We just wrapped up an incredible first weekend of First Responder training in Union Bay! Teaching first aid to our amazing firefighters is always an honor, especially as we work alongside them in the field.

It was a weekend full of learning, hands-on practice, and teamwork—exactly what first aid training should be! Huge shoutout to everyone who participated. We can’t wait for next session!
