I'm an experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor (Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Arts (Honours Psychology) in downtown Courtenay. I've worked with people of all ages starting in the school system and then as an eating disorder counsellor, an employee and family assistance counsellor, and now I am in private practice as a solo practitioner and small business owner. I specialize in neurodivergence (ADHD), mild to moderate addictions, grief and loss, and repair and reconnection for couples. I work with parents, individuals, and couples with authenticity, deep listening, and gentle encouragement.
