August often brings a mix of emotions—holding on to the last golden evenings of summer while preparing for the routines of fall.

You might feel excitement for new beginnings and a quiet sadness about what’s ending.
Both can be true. 🌿

As you transition into a new season, try:
• Making space for reflection — journal about a favorite summer memory.
• Carrying one simple joy forward — maybe it’s evening walks or fresh flowers on the table.
• Letting go of what no longer serves you — habits, commitments, or mindsets that weigh you down.

Want to build your confidence? Start by listening to how you talk to yourself.

Low self-esteem often begins with negative self-talk—quiet thoughts like:
• “I’m not good enough.”
• “I always mess things up.”

The first step is simply noticing these thoughts. Then, try gently turning them into affirmations:
• “I’m doing my best.”
• “I can learn and grow.”

You don’t have to believe them fully yet—just practice speaking to yourself with kindness. It makes a difference.
