📢We are pleased to announce that our very own Beth Ballard is opening her own clinic, NeuroAlign Physiotheraphy in Cranbrook! 🎉
Since 2020, Beth has been an integral part of our team, bringing expertise, compassion, and dedication to every patient she has worked with. It’s no surprise to us that she is taking this bold step toward making an even bigger impact in our healthcare community.
While we’ll miss having Beth as part of the PhysioFITT team, we couldn’t be more excited for her as she embarks on this incredible journey. NeuroAlign Physiotherapy will have a focus on neurological conditions and we know Beth will continue to provide exceptional care to those in our community.

🌸 Spring into Safety! 🌸

As the weather warms up and we start enjoying outdoor activities, it's important to be aware of common spring injuries and how to prevent or manage them. Here's a quick guide to keep you safe and injury-free this season:

1️⃣ Sprained Ankles – Spring means more hiking, running, and sports. Tip: Always warm up before activity and wear supportive footwear to reduce the risk.

2️⃣ Tendonitis – Overuse from gardening, sports, or new exercises can lead to tendonitis. Tip: Stretch before and after physical activities, and don't push through pain!

3️⃣ Back Strains – Spring cleaning or lifting heavy boxes can strain your back. Tip: Use proper lifting techniques and take breaks to avoid overexertion.

Remember to listen to your body and take it easy if you're feeling sore. Don't push through discomfort—it’s always better to rest and recover. 🌱

It is a great way to keep track of your appointments with PhysioFITT as well as ANY clinic you attend that uses Jane! All in one place.
I personally had to try it for myself, so I went to the app store (you need to make a login for this app) and then search "PhysioFITT" and it pops up, you select it and it is now part of your clinics.
👉Know there is also an option to "go to my account" which takes you to original booking site.
