🩷Valentines Gnocchi Feature💋💌

This is another recipe from our Great Nan’s cookbook! These are fluffy potato and beet gnocchi, sitting in a herb infused bright cream sauce! The beets give a beautiful pink colour without any beet flavour!

Chocolate Ganache Noodles!

A unique dessert for chocolate lovers right out of our Great Grandmas cookbook! Rich Chocolate Noodles topped with decadent, creamy ganache! Served warm and made in house with local organic flour and simple whole ingredients.
Pairs beautifully with our organic cappuccino. Served out of our handmade pottery, just in time for Valentine’s Day❣️(starting this Monday) We hope you taste the love!

Here at The Bigfoot Cafe we have had the pleasure of meeting so many folks whose lives had been touched by old The Strawberry Inn. 😊🍓 Some worked here, some dined here, and one fellow we met had his stag here. As many of you know we have a tribute to The Strawberry Inn within our cafe and also on our website.

We are hoping to digitally publish many more photos of The Strawberry Inn. We are appealing to anyone who has photos. 📸 We feel this is a critical time ⏰ to capture these pieces of history before these photos are filed away or lost for good. Please DM us with any pictures or info. Physical Photos will be scanned and returned to their owner. Credit will be given to the donor unless they would prefer to remain anonymous. A short write up with the date (even approximate) would be an amazing addition to our website.

We have touched base with the wonderful team at the museum and they are also keeping their eyes peeled for additional photos. Thanks in advance to any contributors! Please help us catch this precious piece of history while we can.
