Joshua is originally from Newfoundland and has been a massage therapist since 2017.

He has additional education courses in:
- Hot stone
- Cold stone
- Cupping
- Reflexology
- Indian Head Massage

Joshua has a particular interest in the area of Hip and Glute dysfunction.

We are thrilled to be expanding the Chiropractic team at the Portland Hills location! Dr. Jenna Press is starting next week and her schedule is now open for booking appointments!

Dr. Jenna is passionate about identifying the root cause of an individual’s pain and providing solutions to help achieve optimal movement and function. Whether returning to sport, work or daily activities, her goal is to help clients get back to what they love.

Dr. Jenna completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with honours at Queen’s University in Kingston, ON, where she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Rugby team. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, ON. She then began her career in downtown Toronto, working in multidisciplinary clinics and gaining extensive experience treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

With a background in high-level athletics, both personally and professionally, Dr. Jenna has extensive experience in sport injury management and prevention. She has worked with high-level and youth sport organizations, including Ontario Soccer and the Greater Toronto Hockey League, as well as hospital-based rehabilitation programs in post-surgical, cardiorespiratory, stroke, and pediatric care.

Dr. Jenna uses an evidence-based approach to care, integrating various treatment methods including education, soft tissue therapy, manipulation/mobilization, integrated acupuncture/dry needling, movement assessment, active rehabilitation, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Her treatment plans are developed collaboratively with each client, tailored to their individual goals and lifestyle.

Having grown up playing a variety of sports, Dr. Jenna has always lived an active lifestyle. Outside the clinic, you can find her hiking, skiing, at the gym or spending time with family and friends.

We have 18 phenomenal massage therapists within our five PROTx locations!
One of those therapists is Jen Schwetje at our PROTx Caldwell Road location.

Jen loves to work together with her clients to get to the root of the issue and come up with a treatment plan that is safe, efficient and specific to their needs. She enjoys tackling knots and muscle pain, but she is just as serious about providing a blissful and relaxing full body massage.

In Jen's spare time she can be found crafting her latest cosplay, and arguing with her cat!
