COLLECT TRACES OF PRACTICE
Teacher : " Can I take your horses and I can give you once you come inside".

Child: " No I am not giving, these are my horsea".

Teacher: " But if you going to lost outside then?"

Child : " No I am not going to lose it , Daddy bought for me , He loves me so much.

Teacher : "Ok ok you can play with them."

. REFLECT ON THE TRACES
It was very good experience to go on observation in a childcare centre. All the children were amazing in their own way and unique also. I observed one child in that centre who is also so pretty and unique in herself. She has horses in her hand when she came. Since she arrived , she was only concerned about her horses that they should be with her for all the time. She does not want that horses let go anywhere.when we went for outdoorplay , even then they were with her. She was mostly observed in a solitary play and one or twice in a cooperative play and once in unoccupied. This observation made me so many things to learn.
MAKE THE TRACES VISSIBLE
1. I would post the pictures online to show the activities of the child .
2. One can also click pictures and send it to her parents , so that their parents could know about their child.
3.I can put so pictures on bulletien board.
INVITE COLLABORATIVE DIALOGUE
So I spoke with one of my friend in class Gurleen about the behaviour of the child. Child mostly indulge in solitary play. So we found out may be she enjoys her own company and may be she loves to spend time with herself but at 1 point she also indulge in cooperative play where she sat on see - saw with one of the child and she seems happy.

History of Caryons
Records show that europe was the birthplace of the "modern" crayon. The first crayons were made from a mixture of charcoal and oil.later, powdered pigments of various hues replaced the charcoal. It was discovered that submitting wax for the oil in the mixture made the sticks sturdier and easier to handle.

Traces of practice
Teacher: What picture are you making my friends?
Child: "Teacher" I am trying to make a beautiful Garden of flowers.
Teacher : Why you chose green caryon to color everything?
Child: "Teacher"because I like green color snd I am making grass everywhere and this is a little insects in the grass which I think is a lady bug.
Teacher: What are you making with different colors ?( interesting moment)
Child: I am making Rainbow in the rain teacher with clouds.
Children: We have done "teacher".
Teacher: Do you want to add anything else?
Children : We have finished.

REFLECT ON THE TRACES
It was fun moment when every child made something with caryons. They made their own creation by using their imagination.Children were asked such question like what they are going to do with caryons? What they are going to draw on a sheet? Some said I am going to make flowers in my garden. Some said I will make rainbow with full of colors under the cloud. Some said I am making grass which has insects and when she got confused that what insect it is. Then, I said it's a lady bug. It was a good learning moment for them.

MAKE THE TRACES VISSIBLE
1.I would post the art of children on the bulletin board of my centre so that everyone can see. Parents can also encourage their child if they see the creativity of their child.
2.One can also post arts on social media platforms.
3.I would love to send those art with children at home to show their parents.

INVITE COLLABORATIVE DIALOGUE

I showed the art of my kids to my friend who lives in India and she was so suprised from those beautifill arts of children.I asked her what do you think what they were tried to show with this art activity? She said they are showing their positive feelings and emotions for the nature as most of them have drawn things about nature.

HISTORY
the first paper like plant based writing sheet was papyrus in Egypt( 4t centuary BC),but the the true paper ,the first true papermaking process was documented in China during the Eastern Han period ( 25 -220AD),traditionally attributed to the court official Cai Lun.
TRACES OF PRACTICE
I chose material like paper for my workshop. I started with a little bit of history like it was found in egypt like plant based and documented in china as original version of paper that everyone is using today.I introduce differenet sort of activites that could be done with the help of paper and how it could be useful such as writing, coloring ,cut into different peieces and make out of paper toys etc . I let them explore whatever they want to do they can do with it.
Conversation:Teacher" I am going to make japanese Bird which I learned from my best friend. I do not know the name but I know how it looks like. ( I found this as an ordinary moment as child said very innocently that I want to make japanese bird but teacher I don not know the name).
Child 2: "Teacher" I am making flower.
Teacher: What kind of flower ?
Child 2: "Teacher" I just want that it should be turned out as beautiful flower.
Teacher: Yes it will turned out if you keep trying.
Teacher: Why you chose purple color for the paper ?
Child3 : "Teacher" I love purple color.
Teacher: what beautiful art you are making with dark red colour ?
Child 4: "Teacher " I am making sailor hat for my dog for his birthday( very innocently said).
Teacher: That's sounds interesting. your dog would definitely love that my friend.

REFLECTION ON TRACES
It was very interesting moment where everyone shown their different creativity and they made something really wonderfull out of paper. Students were asked such question like what they are going to do with the paper? Some said I am going to make wind mill, some said it is japnese bird, some said just flower ,some said ship that floats on occean. The moment when I saw student said it just a japnese bird was so exciting because she do not know the name of the bird but very cutely said japnese bird. The way she showed her emotion towards it is so lovable.
MAKE THE TRACES VISSIBLE:
I would post the art on the wall or on bulletin board so ,that whoever comes and look to the child's creation. Ofcourse I would love to send this to the parents because they could be happy to see their child's creativity .
INVITE COLLABORATIVE DIALOGUE:
Me and my aunt went into the conversation when I showed her the art activity of the children and she was so impressed from those beautifull crafts. I asked her what do you think that how the child could be feelibg while doing this activity? What comes up in her mind to make those crafts? She said child looks like having fun and may be she is imaging the nature in her mind as far as she could see.

This workshop could be change into different activities to the children .
We can add paints to it and make puppets out of paper by adding googly eyes to the material.
By adding some decorative material ,children can make something more creative.
By showing them simple things made out of paper and then they may try to make something just like their own version of art.
