Get your reps in this winter and refine your defensive game. We are running a specialized clinic at the Ladner Lacrosse Box focused on footwork, glove skills, and baseball IQ.

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Cody Low, owner of , as our new Strength and Conditioning Facilitator! 👏

Cody brings a world-class level of expertise to our program. He is currently the Head S&C Coach for Douglas College, overseeing their Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, and Basketball programs, and previously served in an S&C role with Vancouver Rise FC and the Vancouver Whitecaps.

His impressive track record speaks for itself, having worked with athletes and teams who have won medals across the last five Olympic Games. He has also trained professionals from the NBA, NHL, MLS, and multiple top European leagues.

Get ready to elevate your performance! 💪
