The difference of fore/hind or lactose/fatty milk.
(Bluish milk is high in lactose- creamy is high in fats/nutrients)!
Pretty amazing how our bodies work!

The first milk provides energy and satisfied hunger pains and the more fatty milk gives necessary nutrients and provides the longer “full” sensation.

I am doing some strategic work and hoping to interview 10 partners (single or both); the focus being "setting up healthy families by focusing on the parents".

-may or may not have a supportive partner
-under 40

Did you notice a change on our page and website?
Mangata Apothecary is expanding into Lactation Consulting and Herbalism Care.
Beginning in March we will be taking prenatal preparation bookings and in home consults for immediate care in the postpartum period.
We recognize the urgency of needing help with chest/breastfeeding and are prepared to be at your home in the next 24 hours or sooner to help you when you really need it.
And herbalism care is becoming available in March as well- starting with zoom but soon at a few very exciting (and familiar to you) locations for in person!
When consults are conducted we often take an additional 2-4 hours of time working on your care plan.
Consider booking now before March fills up!
