Raw local honey with a twist. If you can guess what I’m infusing these with, I will give you a 175 ml jar! The first two are pretty easy, one ingredient. The third jar has two, and the last has five. Can you figure it out?! They will be available in 2-3 weeks at the Dieppe Market. Hint: The last one would be very tasty in coconut milk😉

A nice comment a lovely customer left me😊 I use Sleep EZzzz magnesium lotion every night. It really helps me stay asleep, or helps me fall back to sleep quickly. Besides….most of us are deficient in this mineral we all need for over 300 bodily functions!

Hey All! The Shediac Market is back! Starting tomorrow and every Sunday for the summer. All kinds of local artisans (including yours truly) looking forward to sharing their wares with you. It’s fun, a great vibe, local live music on the stage, and lots of great food vendors to fill your appetites! Come say hi while you’re there, I always love meetting local people and tourists alike.
