Just a reminder as we head in to the summer season that late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. No shows (not showing up to your appointment and not letting us know that you won’t be there) will be required to pay for that appointment in full before your next treatment.

Clear your schedules 3 Saturdays from now!!

One Twelve Health and Wellness, our small local business in town, is organizing a Spring Garbage Clean-Up of our Digby streets and parks! While on his daily walks, my 3 year old son always asks why there is always garbage on the ground. So we decided to teach him (and our younger daughter someday) a little civic engagement and community pride!

We are inviting anyone who wants to join in and make a positive impact on our environment to meet us on April 26th! The more volunteers we can round up, the less we each have to do! We are aiming to get the town involved, and hopefully make this a wonderful annual event!
