We just design it differently.
Your circadian rhythm is your body’s internal clock. It influences when you naturally feel more energized and when your body begins to slow down.
Earlier in the day, strength and energy tend to peak.
Later in the evening, the body starts preparing for rest.
So our later classes lean into slower, more flow based movement that helps you unwind while still moving your body.
