5 things to say goodbye to as this year closes…
From a wellness clinic owner who genuinely wants you to become the best version of yourself✨
• Ditch the ‘it didn’t work for me’ because you tried it once OR were inconsistent and didn’t listen to recommendations from your practitioner, mindset - true, lasting healing takes time, is usually multifaceted and should be consistent until you get to the maintenance/prevention phase✨
• Let’s leave the ‘push through it’ outlook behind as that leads to burnout, worsening of symptoms or emotional exhaustion - we have way too many resources nowadays for support😌
• Thinking Traditional Healing methods and Conventional Medicine can’t word alongside one another…because they sure can and support each-other pretty damn well actually!🤯.
• Self-help and Wellness trends - these usually don’t offer much support or consistency and lack proper guidance for real progress - see professionals it’s worth the time & money!
• Lastly…healing and prioritizing self-care is NOT selfish - it’s essential. We gotta stop pushing our own needs aside, that leads again to emotional exhaustion, worsening of symptoms and usually nervous system dysregulation of some form..
