I was so pleased to have a visit from this woman 👩 . These photos show her results 1.5 years after neck sculpting surgery.

Only deep neck sculpting can achieve these results. Lifting and tugging the neck will not produce a sustained improvement. Liposuction, RF, and Belkyra cannot produce these results. What an honour !
I have been invited to speak at the 58 th Annual Meeting of Plastic Surgery in Brazil 🇧🇷 next week. I will be discussing the optimization of aesthetic outcomes in facial reconstruction. One of the focuses will be the use of the A-Net or Hemonet. It is an incredible honour and humbling to be part of the international faculty. has put together an amazing group of plastic surgeons and topics.

Even during ̇d_19 it is still possible to get post-operative follow-up from patient selfies.

I was so pleased to see these photos showing before and after results from lower eyelid surgery.

Very low bags also known as festoons are caused by problems with fluid drainage in the lower eyelid (aka ). This can be due to recurrent allergies or complications from filler use or infection.

Surgery can remove the . Patients will need to continue to massage and tape at night intermittently. This will reduce the chance of recurrence over time.

With COVID 19 we are not operating, however I am seeing virtual consultations.

I was so pleased when this lady sent a selfie showing her result one year after her couture neck lift. She has maintained an improved neck and jawline.

"Better sharing for better outcomes"

There are multiple ways to enhance the appearance of the lips. This young lady had filler placed in the lips themselves as well as into the cupids bow.

Volume enhancement of the lips can be done using fillers (Juvaderm), fat grafting, or dermal grafting.

With aging deep vertical grooves occur in the white lip. This is worse in smokers. This can be improved using dermabrasion. The recovery time for this is usually 5 to 15 days. During that time there may be some scabbing or redness of the area.

Another treatment for lip and enhancement includes a LIP LIFT procedure. This is ideal for some aged patients. With age: (1) the upper lip lengthens beyond the normal 11 to 13 mm. (2) The cupid’s bow become less defined. (3) The amount of red lip decreases.
All of these changes can be treated with a LIP LIFT procedure. This is done under local anesthetic. There is an incision that hides under the nose.
