These circles are open to all who hold reverence for birth as a sacred rite of passage, maidens, mothers, crones, and everyone in between. Birth is not only an event, but a transformative power that echoes through every season of life, and we want our circles to reflect that.

Each gathering, we will share a birth story, remembering together the power, wisdom, and beauty of birth. Storytelling is one of the oldest ways we learn, heal, and connect, and it will remain at the heart of our circles.

Mothers with small babies are always welcome, come as you are, with milk-stained shirts and tired eyes. This is a space to be held, witnessed, and nourished in community.

Together, we weave story, wisdom, connection and honour the power of birth. ✨

we may not be posting much right now, stay tune for a fresh look and some lovely upgrades! however in the mean time, check out that I am still facilitating our beautiful monthly village prenatal circle with the lovely Thalia Cove and we are both attending birth regularly :) happy almost summer! the weather is in, stay hydrated and have fun!!

Join us for our Village Prenatal Circle in the Cowichan Valley.

Whether you are pregnant or calling in conception these village prenatal circles are intended to honour and celebrate pregnancy and birth for each mother/ birthing being. Gathering to witness all seasons of the pregnancy journey while weaving in traditional prenatal support & growing together in community.

Come with a clear mind and an open heart and empower yourself in a safe intentional space, with opportunity to be seen and heard. Traditional prenatal care is pregnant women walking alongside other pregnant women, witnessing and supporting each other through a threshold of emotional, physical and holistic pathways. Learning to trust our intuition and surrendering into the birthing experience.

This will be a container that will create space for deep reflection and an opportunity to dive into your inner world as you transition from a maiden into a mother. Step into this rite of passage with a community to witness and hold you through all that will arise in your prenatal time and experience this inner growth.

Every pregnancy and birth story unfolding is unique and each discovery you make we are here to hold you in a circle of love, nurture and acceptance. Come for yourself, come for your future family.

this last month, i have been joking with my brother that i dont feel the west coast earthquakes because i have two earthquakes daily in my life...but this morning as my 7 year feet dug into my back while i slept, he woke me up and i got to feel the earthquake...it made me feel alive, it was such a gift...mother earth safely releasing her tense body....mmhmm we could learn from that...how do earthquakes make you feel?
