Every activity we do can actually become a mindful activity. 🍎✨

How?
While picking an apple, feel its texture in your hand,
notice its smell,
taste it mindfully when you take a bite,
listen to the sounds around you. 🌿

When you focus on them one by one, staying present becomes so much easier. ✨
Or you can simply choose just one sense to focus on.
Because choosing what to focus on is itself a mindfulness exercise.
And that, too, is a beautiful awareness.
