The reason why you are feeling off, that something is missing all the time could be because you are IGNORING your own NEED to CONNECT with yourself 🤍
Or even if you try it feels not good enough.
It’s hard to pause, it’s hard to ground, it’s hard to be patient with yourself and slowly see what works FOR YOU 🌿
It makes sense as you might have never learned how to do it.

Imagine you grew up in an environment where your emotions were a problem 😔
(as they had no clue how to support you when you had something going on — sad, angry, frustrated or just overly excited).
They either told you to stop your behavior 🚫,
tried to fix you so you are back to normal and easier to handle,
or put their emotional weigh on you saying their life is already hard without your problems.

then it’s easy to understand that for a human being to operate at its best,
the first step is addressing what I need 🤍
and next steps would be to do what I CHOOSE.

and look for external things to feel better
(food 🍫, phone 📱, s*x 💋, connecting with others 👥)
it will NEVER feel ENOUGH.
