So Thursday Buti 8:30 am is moving to Friday at 8:45 am. My husband has a virtual staff meeting Thursday mornkng. Thanks for understanding.

Would anyone want to Buti tomorrow afternoon? I’m needed at the studio tomorrow morning so I’ll have to bump the time!

Hi friends! My knee feels better today, however I’d like to rest up a bit longer and not over do it too quickly. Let’s plan to buti together next week! I’ll post next weeks Buti classes on Sunday. Hope everyone is safe and well ❤️

Hey Friends! I just stepped in a pothole backwards getting off my bike and hyper extended my knee 😢🤬
It’s pretty sore so I’m going to cancel buti at 7pm so I can let it rest.
So sorry!! I’ll see if I can share a butts and gutts class I filmed this afternoon to the page.

So I’m trying to come up with a new time for Buti classes,
10:15 cuts right into my job as a grade 3 teacher LOL
I’m wondering if you’d prefer an afternoon, evening or earlier in the morning?
