One more travel day tomorrow and we will finally be home. Needless to say, we are a little tired but I can’t wait to see the kids and my beautiful wife. 🥰😊

Accidentally thrown into a trigger I didn’t expect today.

The last time I stood at this gate, I was on the floor having a medical episode while hundreds of people walked by.

My five-year-old stayed calm.
My service dog tried desperately to get someone’s attention.

Fun fact: despite reaching out afterward, neither the airline nor the airport authority ever responded.

The nervous system remembers what the mind tries to move past. That’s why it is so important to have tools in your toolbox, and confidence using them.
