Which do you need to use?🤷‍♀️

They are very similar in nature and they both wright with the purpose of speaking to potential clients. But the nature in the way it is written is different…
you have to look at what the purpose is …. and how it will serve your business.

Let me explain….

What is your goal with the words?

Are you trying to….. get more likes, shares, comments, and build brand loyalty and engagement?👏

Then your looking for content writing.

Or …. are you looking to increase the conversion rates and ultimately increase your revenue?🤑

Then you’re looking for copywriting!

Content writing is like a conversation with friends it goes in a whole bunch of different directions and tangents and doesn’t always get straight to the point examples of this are…. “oh by the way!” “I almost forgot!”

Think of blog posts and how there’s a conversation to create engagement that way.

There’s often links to outside sources and locations and a call to action included,
But it’s a more conversational asking questions back-and-forth building repor

Now on the other hand copywriting is extremely strategic and structured it is intentional and ends with a singular CTA (call to action) normally to buy or to opt in.

Now can you be a good content writer and a good copy writer?

Hell yes!😎🥳

As a writer you can most definitely do both! Content to create rapport and then a persuasive copy to connect emotionally with the audience and help guide them through to your CTA to boost sales.💪

Remember businesses need both content and copy in order to survive and make sales.
