Last day of work today before i'm on leave for a couple of weeks. My parents and sister are flying in from overseas on Monday for a long overdue visit!! So excited!!! How has everyone's 2022 been going so far?!

I ended 2021 and began 2022 with some much needed family time in Canada. Ella finally got to meet her Canadian family and everyone had an amazing time💚 I am so grateful to have had that opportunity when travelling has been next to impossible the past couple of years. After this break I am back to work and ready to take on the new year!

I'm also in need of a bit of a health reset. After the typical overindulging with friends and family that the holidays have to offer, I'll be getting stuck into a bit of cleansing and nourishing regime from now on to get my health back on track. If you're thinking you may be in need of this sort of TLC or you need any other health support please reach out!
