Everyone meet May's Member Spotlight, Bindy Dulay from Bachly Construction.
Bindy works in Client Relations, supporting the Calgary market with a strong focus on connection, trust, and service. She entered the insurance industry as a single mom simply trying to provide for her children, and over the years has built a meaningful and impactful career. Since starting in 2006, Bindy has grown from a Project Manager into Business Development and Client Relations, focusing on building lasting relationships and becoming a trusted resource within the industry.
For Bindy, this industry is about more than just work—it’s about opportunity, growth, and delivering hope. Her passion is simple and powerful: serve people, create impact, pay it forward, and repeat. That mindset continues to shape how she shows up for her clients, colleagues, and community every day.
Fun fact: Bindy is a proud grandma who enjoys Muay Thai—and if there’s music playing, you’ll likely find her dancing.
When it comes to inspiration, Bindy shares that it’s hard to name just one person. Her grandmother’s resilience and compassion have had a lasting influence on her life, while her children continue to inspire her to see the world through new perspectives. She’s also been shaped by incredible mentors throughout her career, including Larry Gilman, whose guidance helped her step into her full potential, and Gord Prichard, whose empathetic leadership and commitment to service continue to inspire her today.
