I get asked, “What’s your favourite area to treat?” I like treating many different areas but I would have to go with the knee.
Knee pain is incredibly common, whether it’s from running, lifting, or just everyday wear and tear. The reason I enjoy treating it so much is because of how well it responds to RAPID NeuroFascial Reset.
So how does RAPID actually help the knee?
Knee dysfunction can come from a variety of factors such as muscle tension, movement patterns, previous injuries, and how the nervous system is interpreting what’s going on in the area.
With RAPID, I apply targeted pressure while the client actively moves. This helps stimulate the nervous system through the mechanoreceptors in and around the knee. Communicating with the nervous system we can quickly change how the body perceives pain, tension, and restriction. At the same time, it can help reduce protective muscle guarding, improve tissue glide, and restore more natural, efficient movement.
The result? In many cases, you’ll see immediate improvements in range of motion and a noticeable decrease in pain right on the table.
There’s nothing better than seeing someone walk in stiff and uncomfortable, and leave moving freely again.
If knee pain has been holding you back, it might be time to take a different approach. Your body is capable of change, it just needs the right input.
