Some of the hardest seasons of life are the ones no one else can see.

Our Anxiety Journals were born during a deeply difficult time for me and every book comes from a different chapter in my life. It is a collection of everything that has helped peel me up off the floor and become the person I am today. To say I am passionate for this brand would be an understatement. That is why I care so deeply about these books and the people who use it.

They are more than colouring or activity books. They are spaces for healing and compassion. A place to slow down, set aside time for yourself, and focus on growth 💛🩷

In the book I mention in the title there will be two more of my pages, as well as pages drawn by a whole slew of super talented artists that I had the pleasure of collaborating with.
