We do direct billing on most insurance companies, but..

📌We cannot do direct billing on secondary claims if your insurance company does not allow it. We have to collect the remaining balance on your treatment and then you submit it to your secondary insurance manually.

📌We do not know how much more is left on your coverage, or how much your coverage is. You can go to your benefits account or benefits app or ask your HR to look it up. Your info on your coverage is private and we do not have access to it.

📌We do not know if you need a prescription until we process the direct billing and if your claim was denied, then we have to collect the payment from you and you submit your claim manually. Please call your insurance provider or look it up on your benefits account or benefits app or ask your HR to look it up before booking a treatment.
