A Time of Transition♡

The Spirit of ELEMENTA is descending into the soils of rest for the foreseeable future. It feels so Bittersweet to share this news, as we do so with Grief & Gratitude.

This journey side by side has been a true honour. Over the last couple of years we have learnt so much about who we are and have held each other through some of the most uncomfortable unravellings, in turn, building a sisterhood to last a lifetime.

As a new season begins, we are listening to our inner calls and creating space for what’s bubbling within.

We hold a deep appreciation for everyone who has been along for the ride and for all of the love, connection, healing, fun, and memories we have cultivated in community. 🤝

An ode to this Soft Soul✨

Every year, our retreat holds a Saturday Feast. The vision is to nourish, indulge, connect and learn. We have brought in a different Sister each year to express herself through culinary creations, and for 2024’s Elemental Embodiment retreat, we were blessed with Dear Kelly!

A true treat it was having her join us. Not only because all the food shared had us drooling, but the gift it was to witness how she stepped into the role was like no other. We spent time chatting and sharing ideas over the phone during the lead up, but did not meet face to face until the DAY BEFORE, when she flew across the Country to be with us. Kelly, you really ROCKED this!!!!!

In our Integration Period…..
We have been sitting in gratitude while processing the Magic of last weekend
The Festival beamed our Hearts up with Love, allowing us to land home carrying a potent high frequency. The last few days inviting us to soften, to open our hearts with grace while bringing the vibrations of nurturing presence into each moment.

Each year initiates us upon our arrival home, in different ways, some more challenging then others. Each year we come home with a fresh perspective & personal reflections on how we show up, who we are, and what our dreams are made of.
We couldn’t walk through this incredible journey each year without all the Beautiful Women who walk with us.

I’ve been deep in Ceremony to create this Shamanic Journey for women to meet their Elemental Goddess, as this has been an empowering inner connection for us at ELEMENTA.

The very first gave me so many gifts that I’ve held dear all these years. With this being the fourth year, I’m looking forward to the new connections and the familiar faces 💛

We are coming to hold an intimate Elemental Cacao Journey in the bloom tent, first thing Saturday Morning 🌞

Tending to women as they move through this weekend is the biggest honour 🤲🏼

90% of our events have been for women only, and it is beautiful and healing in many aspects.

What has come alive for us is that we continue to offer what we are embodying.

One of these truths is that on our journeys, we have done immense healing work with our inner masculine and inner feminine.

Integrating these energies has allowed us to show up authentically and hold more whole relationships, as we are reclaiming our wholeness and weaving ourselves deeper into oneness.

Sacred spaces exist where you and everyone are honoured exactly as you are. This is what our Solstice celebration is inviting you to lean into. If you’re a woman ready to expand out of the women-only containers or a man ready to share space with the feminine, then let your heart guide you into this ceremony.

On Thursday, June 20th from 6:00-10:00 pm, we will Gather in Celebration of the Summer Solstice along with the Full Strawberry Moon. Bring your partner, friend, father, or brother as EVERYONE is welcome to join in on the intentional and joyful evening!

We will drop into stillness, connection, nourishment and togetherness. Through our relationship with the elements, we will end our night sitting around the fire.🔥
