Creamy, tangy, refreshing & SO easy to make ๐Ÿ™Œ Perfect for sweet cravings, fat loss goals, post-workout snacks, or a healthier dessert option!

โ€ข 200 g low-fat cottage cheese (1 cup)
โ€ข Juice of 1/2 lemon (15 ml)
โ€ข Zest of 1 lemon
โ€ข 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
โ€ข 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
โ€ข Pinch of salt
โ€ข 1 tbsp crushed graham crackers

These are SO GOOD and packed with protein ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ

All you do is:
๐Ÿง€ Make little circles of mozzarella + parmesan on parchment paper
๐Ÿง„ Add garlic, Italian herbs & your fave Caesar seasonings
๐Ÿ— Layer on cooked chicken breast chunks
๐Ÿง€ Top with a little more cheese
๐Ÿ”ฅ Bake until melted and golden

โš ๏ธ IMPORTANT: Let them cool COMPLETELY before lifting them or they wonโ€™t crisp into taco shells!

Then toss your lettuce in Caesar dressing and stuff those crunchy cheesy taco shells ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿฅฌ

Sometimes the scale isnโ€™t moving because your body is:

Today I tried the Peanut Butter Crunch protein donut from Dabble and WOW. Absolutely delicious ๐Ÿคค Crunchy, chewy, fudgyโ€ฆ literally all the right textures and flavours.

โœจ 14g protein per donut
โœจ Only 5g sugar
โœจ Gluten-free
โœจ Made in Canada ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ
โœจ 12g fat (great if youโ€™re working on higher fat/macros or keto-friendly options!)

The sweetness comes from ingredients like apples + stevia ๐ŸŒฑ instead of being overloaded with sugar, and the ingredients are honestly pretty impressive compared to a lot of โ€œhealthy dessertsโ€ out there. Some flavours even include things like Greek yogurt, whey protein, and apple cider vinegar.
