High-protein, easy, and SO good for potlucks!

Hereโ€™s how to make it (50g protein!):

Ingredients:

ยฝ cup cottage cheese (14g protein) ๐Ÿง€

ยผ cup no-sugar-added tomato sauce ๐Ÿ…

ยฝ tsp garlic powder ๐Ÿง„

ยฝ tsp Italian seasoning ๐ŸŒฟ

Salt & pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚

ยผ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (7g protein) ๐Ÿง€

2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (5g protein) ๐Ÿง€

2 oz turkey pepperoni (20g protein) ๐Ÿ•

ยผ cup diced peppers ๐Ÿซ‘

2 tbsp sliced black olives ๐Ÿซ’

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, tomato sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. ๐Ÿฅฃ

2. Top with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. ๐Ÿง€

3. Layer on pepperoni slices, peppers, and olives. ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿซ‘๐Ÿซ’

4. Microwave for 1-2 minutes โšก or bake at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 8-10 minutes ๐Ÿ”ฅ until hot and bubbly!

This crust is a game changer โ€” made from CHICKEN! Yup, you read that right. No flour, no guilt, all the gains.

Crust Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken ๐Ÿ”

1 egg ๐Ÿฅš

1/2 cup grated parmesan ๐Ÿง€

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

1/2 tsp garlic powder ๐Ÿง„

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning ๐ŸŒฟ

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1๏ธโƒฃ Mix all crust ingredients in a bowl.
2๏ธโƒฃ Spread the โ€œdoughโ€ into a thin circle on parchment paper on a baking tray or pizza stone.
3๏ธโƒฃ Bake at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for 20 minutes, or until golden and firm.

Now the fun part โ€” the toppings!
Spread with your fave low carb BBQ sauce (I used a stevia-sweetened one!) ๐Ÿฏ
