My mind quieted and my anxiety disappeared!
I felt present again, with my family, my work, myself.
Life stopped feeling like something I had to survive, but that I could thrive.

The inner work changed my life, and now it’s the work I share and see in my students as I noticed that what I taught had profound impacts on their lives as well.

Somehow… I learned to believe that doing it all, holding it all together and pushing through was my only option.

And honestly?
I thought that was just who I was.

What it left me with was an overactive damaged nervous system that ran my entire life.

But this is the part I wish someone told me years earlier:

Hey Christina, you’re not meant to live in survival mode.
You’re not meant to feel like you’re one tiny trigger away from breaking. 💔
And you’re definitely not meant to navigate life holding your breath, with your shoulders permanently up to your ears. 😮‍💨

When I finally started a few intentional practices in minutes a day… everything shifted.

Holidays can be stressful, chaotic and busy leaving you drained and overwhelmed. 😖🚨

Simple meditation practices changed everything for me. 🧘🏻‍♀️💫

I look forward to my holidays because I’m present in them.
I pause before reacting, with my daughter, my husband, my relatives.
My shoulders aren’t glued to my ears all day.
I don’t take on the chaotic energy of some of those around me.
I stopped bracing for the next thing to go wrong.
I fall asleep faster instead of replaying the day and my perceived failures…

THIS is the massive shift..

I meditate in real life moments:
• During the commute to a family event (not the driver!)
• Sneaking away from a family gathering
• While the rest of the house is asleep

Meditation teaches our body how to come out of survival mode
so you can respond instead of react,
rest instead of crash,

Constant busyness, racing thoughts, and never being able to relax aren’t “just life”…😓 They’re signs your nervous system is stuck in survival mode 🚨

And no, you don’t have to stay trapped here.
Meditation creates small moments of slowness 🧘🏻‍♀️
Moments where your body finally feels safe enough to reset 🫶

My biggest regret? 💔
Staying in that stress cycle longer than I needed to,
because I didn’t know there was another way… or anyone to support me.

Did you miss it? 🤪😅 And this goes all day… somehow we’ve normalized it.

The cycle of overwork, and constant doing only leads to overthinking, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, exhaustion and overwhelm. 😖

I hope we can learn and teach our next generation that ITS OKAY to sit for more then a few minutes a day to rest our body & mind.

And we can do it using powerful practices that take us beyond the level of our mind allowing us to connect deeply to ourselves, our soul, and our connection with the universe (to really make the most of our time! 😉)

This completely changes the energy inside of us (our vibe) and life responds to that. ✨

The to do list will still be there but we will have greater clarity, compassion, focus, patience and energy to tackle it. 💪❤️😇

When I found my daughter meditating after a car trip I asked her why she likes to meditate, her answer stunned me.

She felt the shift. And it made me realize - the energy meditation provides.
