Pregnancy can bring so much joy, but it can also come with moments of worry—wondering if everything is okay, if your baby is growing as they should, if you’re doing enough. Take a deep breath, mama. Your body is nurturing and protecting your baby every step of the way.

Postpartum depression is real, and it does not mean you are failing. It means you are human. The postpartum period is beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating. If you’re struggling, please know that your feelings are valid, and support is available.

You deserve rest. You deserve care. You deserve to be heard.

Being a doula isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. Holding space for birthing people, advocating for their choices, and witnessing the power of informed, supported birth is an honor I’ll never take for granted. Every birth, every family, every moment reminds me why this work is so necessary.
