Celestial Mind and Body Wellness Studio was created from a vision where women felt safe, heard, and at home in both mind and body. A confidence that allowed them to no longer fight their bodies but understand and love them.

My path here has been layered, full of learning and becoming

Beauties, have you ever started a new diet or workout plan thinking:

“This probably won't work,"
"Nothing ever works."
"Why do I even bother?"

I want you to pause and not push forward just yet.

That thought has power.
It’s energy.
It’s a belief.
That is already shaping your outcome before you've even begun.

When doubt is driving, sabotage isn’t far behind. Not because you’re weak but because your subconscious is still holding onto old stories.

One where you always quit, never succeed, or don’t deserve to feel amazing in your body.

Before you try to change your routine, change the root.

Ask yourself:
✨Where did I learn this belief?
✨What am I really afraid of?
✨Do I give myself permission to believe this time can be different?

You don’t need more willpower.
You need alignment.
Because real transformation happens when your body, your mind, and your energy are on the same page.

Beautiful souls, it looks like we might get a little rain for our first Celestial Strides walk. And honestly? I kind of love that. 😊

There’s something powerful about walking in the rain it clears the air, the mind, and sometimes, even the heart.💫

Some of the most peaceful moments I’ve had with myself have been under grey skies with raindrops falling gently around me. It quiets the noise and invites us to really feel each step, each breath, and the energy around us.💞

So, if the skies open up, we will still walk.
Layer up, grab a raincoat or hoodie, and bring that open heart. This walk is about showing up, just as we are and not waiting for perfect conditions.😉

Because sometimes the rain brings the exact reset we didn’t know we needed.🫠

We’ll meet at 6:30 PM at Whitemud Park by the stairs.
Let’s move, connect, and get a little messy in the beautiful way.
