Sharing my own journey of becoming an RN ( Registered Nurse) in Canada.

I graduated from Punjab ( India) with B.SN. I initially migrated to Ireland as an RN after 5 years of experience in Operating Room in India. I did another 5 years of Operating room Nursing in Ireland before eventually permanently migrating to Canada. My education was deemed non- comparable by NNAS. I went through NCAS, Bridging programme in B.C. I cleared NCLEX and gained Registration in British Columbia. I finally transferred my license to Alberta and currently practicing as an RN in operating room !! It was a long journey, but everything fell into place. As I was undergoing this process, I made my mind to guide and help other Internationally educated nurses for the same. I hope my journey gives everyone a hope and some encouragement !! Good luck and keep it up !!
