The Christenson Group of Companies was founded in Edmonton and has always maintained a strong sense of community with the city it calls home. Founder Lloyd Christenson established a tradition of giving back to the city by supporting multiple worthwhile charitable causes. The tradition continues with today’s involved ownership group; Greg Christenson and Peter Dirksen donate time, resources and financial donations to support a number of local charities, the arts, sports, business and education. Christenson pioneered the urban village concept, helping to create spaces in which neighbours get to know each other while walking to shops, restaurants and services. Inside our versatile seniors communities, we create a fun, welcoming environment featuring regular social activities from iPad lessons to wine tasting.
