This years theme for Mental Health Week is “Come Together,” which invites all of us to strengthen our connection to ourselves, to one another, and to our communities. At its core, this theme recognizes that connection is foundational to mental health and well-being.

Children’s Mental Health Ontario (CMHO) is helping to raise awareness, call for action and strengthen advocacy and have included some great resources on their site to spread the word about how important connection is. Check out this link for some helpful reads on Mental Health Week.
