Autumn 🍂. My favorite season. The cool breeze is refreshing, and I'm loving the end of the sweltering heat. Nature seems to be cozying up, getting ready for a peaceful winter. The trees transform into vibrant hues of yellow, brown, and red. Stunning.

🌿✨ A New Adventure Begins… ✨🌿

I’m so excited to share a little behind-the-scenes of my latest project! I’m painting and transforming a cozy room in my home into a peaceful Reiki and Energy Healing space.

This is more than just a fresh coat of paint — it’s the start of a sacred, calming environment where my clients (and their animal companions) can relax, release and renew. Over the next while I’ll be choosing colours, décor and soothing touches to make it a true healing haven.

I’d love for you to come along on this journey with me as I get the room ready for future sessions. Watch for photos, updates and maybe even a few sneak peeks of the finishing touches.

**Today was one of those soul-filling days. 🌿☀️ I spent the day foraging under the sun, gathering mullien and rose hips while soaking in the gorgeous drive through golden farmland. Nature always knows how to remind us to slow down, breathe, and connect with the earth’s simple gifts.
