Self-abandonment is the secret.

Transformation begins when we surrender the old self and step fully into the state of the wish fulfilled. It is not about forcing or striving, but about abandoning ourselves to the new identity with love and certainty.

When we face north, we align with the compass of our own becoming. North is the place of true direction, a reminder that no matter where we stand today, we can turn toward the self we are ready to embody.

Inhale deeply. Notice the way your body feels, the sounds around you, the space you are in. This right now is where your life is alive.

This heartfelt and poetic weekend from my love, surprise trip to a cabin to Olympic Bay ❤️

Sitting at Café Bishop’s to my right a unique Tarot deck, Pasta Tarot… and guess what card came through?

The Three of Lunga, better known as the Three of Swords.
A card of truth, and emotional release. It reminds us that everything has its purpose that the rain cleanses, even when it stings. It is about confronting what wounds us and  finding strength in the rawness of it all.

So here I am, guided by spirit and salted air, walking through cobblestone streets and briny breezes, letting Port Townsend and my wonderful man provide me some soul medicine.
