Starting Monday, July 4th, 2022

Most classes are online, with the exception of Bridge to Wellness at the Jamie Platz YMCA and Walking Wellness is outdoors (weather permitting).

Yoga - Karma Class is by donation, with July's proceeds going to CHEW Project YEG and August's proceeds going to Bent Arrow Traditional Healing Society.

I also have limited personal training openings, including partner and group sessions!

Sliding scale pricing available.

Today is the solstice — and depending on where you live, it is either the longest day or shortest day of the year: the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere and the Summer Solstice in the Southern Hemisphere.

Solstices invite in new energy and provide the perfect opportunity to create new intentions and adapt mindfulness rituals. They also serve as a natural prompt to show up on your mat in different ways. If you usually enjoy high energy classes, maybe it's time to explore a slower, restorative yoga practice.

The compassion we need for others starts with ourselves, starts with our mental and emotional selves, starts with our bodies. Always remember, you get to decide what’s beautiful. I can not begin to tell you how many people I have encountered that say “I can’t do yoga because I am not flexible”.
Yoga is not about being able to touch your toes, it is about the journey you go on by merely reaching for your toes.
Join me this September for online and personal yoga classes.

Flexibility is often seen as a singular aim, but there's so much more to yoga! If you have flexibility doubts, don't let them stop a prosperous practice!
