Why do I love to practice Rocket Yoga?🚀
Because of the community! 🧑‍🚀👩‍🚀👨‍🚀
We sweat together, breathe together, move together; we share energy, share joy, share challenges and also share our triumphs 💪
There is something so beautiful about sharing space and practicing yoga with others, it just fills up my cup to see how connections form so organically in every practice.

This beautiful group of Rocket yogis has built such a beautiful community that just blows me away. Showing up not just for the practice but for the community, the friendship, the fun, the exploration.

Just because you can’t do something when you start does not mean you can’t ever do it.
Show up, practice, have fun, and see what happens!

Learning the press handstand and discovering that I am able to do a lot more than I realized really makes me feel powerful 🚀💪

Teaching multiple yoga classes each week has been an amazing gift, but I may have gotten in over my head. My packed schedule has left me with little time to focus on a vital relationship.

To achieve a better balance, I'm scaling back to two classes a week. The classes will be just as fun and challenging as always, maybe even more so as I’ll have to teach all the fun things in only 2 classes instead of 7!

My new schedule ⤵️

🔥 Monday: Vinyasa Flow at 7pm South

I’ve been thinking a lot about the past year and I noticed that the standout moments all came from the most beautiful yoga community I have ever had the good luck of joining. 🚀
