I received additional training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto, and training in psychodynamic therapy at the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton. I also hold advanced certifications in trauma-focused CBT. I additionally have a lifetime of practice with meditation as well as formal education in mindfulness-based therapies. In my practice I meet clients where they're at, and work with each individual's unique needs.
